We held our annual All Team Training Camp during the last weekend of January. Just prior to the camp kick-off, our new Red Peloton Kits arrived.  We had chosen a different look for the new name launch, something with a bit more…attitude shall we say.  Freshly adorned in our new kits, and new Lazer Helmets From Echelon Cycle & Multisport.

The camp kicked off Friday, Day 1, at Echelon Cycle & Multisport with an  easy spin to the Valley of the Moon and back. Saturday, Day 2, 60 + Team members amassed at West County Revolution for a team photo op along with some of our sponsors.  New Sponsors; Ernie Perriera of Autuori Cycles Edge Design USA, Steve Michals of West County Revolution, we on hand to ride with the Team.  Ernie had provided 2 fully built Autuori bikes on the SAG vehicles.  The group then rolled with moto escort and 3 follow/support vehicles (thanks Keith, Richard, Lauren, and Dave!) heading to the Dry Creek Store via the Russian River Valley. Once accross the Wholer bridge, the group of 60 broke into A, B and C groups to the Dry Creek Store with the A group leading the way. After a rest stop at the Dry Creek Store and support from our follow vehicles, we continued on over to Alexander Valley and finally back via Chalkhill Rd. The B group decided to put some pressure on the A group by opting for the longer A route and ended up passing the A group while they took a photo opportunity at the JimTown Store. By the time everyone came off Chalkhill Rd, legs were burning and yearning to be back at West County Revolution. Day 3, Sunday was a skills day with various groups working technique and doing some hill intervals. The weekend wrapped up with a Team dinner at Riviera attended by 50 team members and family. Great food, great friends, sharing a great time….Bring on the 2011 Season!!
