DESCRIPTION:Red Peloton holds team training rides the first and third Saturdays of the month. Our rides include 3 distinct groups\, all on the same route so that when/if you decide the pace is a bit too spicy\, you can drop back to the next group:\nA ride – 25+mph (added distance as agreed upon by the group)\nB ride – 20-25mph\nC ride – 15-20mph \n9:00 am sharp departure. Please arrive by 8:45 am. \nGuests are welcome but please be aware of the course as these are drop rides.
