DESCRIPTION:Important Location Note: Red Peloton team rides (which are open to the public as well) have different locations depending on which Saturday of the month:\n1st Saturday start at The Bike Shop in Windsor\n3rd Saturday start at Old Caz Beer in Rohnert Park \nRed Peloton holds team training rides the first and third Saturdays of the month. Our rides include 3 distinct groups\, all on the same route so that when/if you decide the pace is a bit too spicy\, you can drop back to the next group:\nA ride – 25+mph (added distance as agreed upon by the group)\nB ride – 20-25mph\nC ride – 15-20mph \n9:00 am sharp departure. Please arrive by 8:45 am. \nGuests are welcome but please be aware of the course as these are drop rides.
