DESCRIPTION:A Fundraising Event for Team Swift Junior Cycling Development Program \nStay tuned for registration information. \nSupport the Team Swift Junior Cycling Development Program and join us for a beautiful 30-mile or 50-mile ride through Sonoma Wine Country with our Team Swift members and many of our elite and professional graduates. \nIt’s a fun day for the whole family! This year the course will be starting and finishing at the Sonoma Country Day School in Santa Rosa. Riders of all levels will go at their own pace along two mapped routes. The first leg will be a 30-mile loop\, the second leg a longer 50-mile ride. For your efforts you will receive a free catered lunch and a raffle with fabulous prizes. \nSee all current details and register at the Team Swift website. \nEvent Reminders:\nThe ride is held rain or shine. DESCRIPTION:The Boba Team Time Trial 2024 will be held on August 20th on the 2 Rock Ride course. \nGet your team together and join this long-standing Sonoma County tradition presented by Fightin Bobas cycling team. \nEveryone will meet at Two Rock Union School\, same as the 2 Rock Rides:\n5001 Spring Hill Rd.\nPetaluma\, CA 94952 \n\nThe course is two timed segments. Both segments are added together for the final time. \n  \n\nSegment 1: Petaluma-Valley Ford Road.\nThe start is just down the hill outside Petaluma about 2 miles east of Two Rock School. The segment heads west\, probably into the sun and the wind\, to just before the intersection with Highway 1. There are no turns\, stop signs or stoplights. There is a wide shoulder all the way. This is a point to point course. It’s about 10 miles.\n\nSegment 2: Return on Same Course but Add Additional to Finish\nSegment 2 returns on Pet-VF Road\, BUT turns RIGHT onto Spring Hill road and goes about 1 mile to the finish which is at the base of the first hill before Purvine.. There are a few sets of potholes on Springhill Road\, hopefully the lead rider on each team will see them and steer his or her team around them.\nTiming\nRecommend arriving no later than 6 to be ready to roll by 6:30.\nFirst team off at 6:30pm. One or two minutes between teams.\n\nTeam Timing Rules\nTeams can be varied with the number of members.\nTeams of 7\,8\,9\, time taken on the 5th rider\nTeams of 5 or 6\, time on the 4th\nTeams of 3 or 4\, time on the 3rd.\nTeams of 2\, 2nd(Duh\, it’s a TEAM event)\nTeams of 1…really?\n\nEntry fee: NONE\n\nPrizes\nPrizes\, some\, please stick around for yours.
